Because we serve perishable food items, all sales are final.

• Dine-in & Takeout Orders: We do not accept returns of food once it has been served or picked up. If there is an issue with your order (e.g., incorrect item, quality concern), please notify us immediately so we can make it right.
   
• Refunds: Refunds are only issued at management’s discretion for valid concerns reported at the time of service or pickup. Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
   
• Gift Cards: All gift card sales are final and non-refundable.
   

While we take steps to accommodate dietary needs, we cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely free of allergens. Customers are responsible for informing us of any allergies before ordering.
